As a town council, we a governed by a set of policies and procedures. Some of these are set by the town, while others are set by the provincial governement. The local policies and procedures manual can be found by clicking here while the Municipalities Act of Newfoundland and Labrador can be found on the Municipal Affairs website or by clicking here . Any changes to policy will be highlighted in the news banner and then posted here for quick reference.
